For one night only, Mary’s Poppin takes over Synagogue Place for the return of Poppin Out on Saturday, November 7.

Kicking off straight after the Adelaide Pride March, the annual block party will transform the city street into a huge open-air celebration of drag, music, Pride and queer joy.

Running from 5pm until 11pm, Poppin Out will bring hundreds of revellers together for back-to-back performances and DJs before the party moves inside Mary’s Poppin and continues until late.

A total of 32 performers will take to the stage, bringing together interstate favourites, drag royalty and some of Adelaide’s best-known talent.

The lineup includes Alison Xpress, Bebe Babow, Berri Juicy, Boystress, Brooke Seto, Camp Minister, Champagne, Cleo Taurus, Coco Jumbo, Ellie Delight, Estelle, Eve Elle, Fay Rocious, Glitzy Von Jagger, Hannah Conda, Indi Klosette, Jules Harlow, Kane Enable, Kween Kong, Luci Furr, Mihz, Minty Hydrangea, Miss Jay, Miss Jackson, Pinball, Popchops, Tritri, Vanity, Venti, Vonni, Vybe and Xai.

The party will spill beyond the walls of the popular Adelaide club, turning Synagogue Place into a sea of colour, music and larger-than-life performances.

Mary’s Poppin Owner and Founder Stephen Craddock said Poppin Out was created to give Adelaide’s queer community a Pride celebration that felt entirely its own.

“Poppin Out is Mary’s turned all the way up. We take everything people love about the club, the drag, the music, the freedom and the community, and spill it out onto the street,” Stephen said.

“Seeing Synagogue Place packed with people celebrating exactly who they are is incredibly special.”

Mary’s Poppin Club Manager Lily Jaksic said there was nothing else on the venue’s calendar quite like it.

“There’s a moment when the street fills, the lights come on and the first performance hits that you realise just how big Poppin Out has become,” Lily said.

“It only happens once a year and there is nothing else quite like it.”

For Mary’s Diva Kane Enable, the celebration really begins before anyone reaches Synagogue Place, with the energy of the Pride March carrying directly into Poppin Out.

“You arrive with the whole city buzzing from Pride, then suddenly Synagogue Place is a sea of people, music and drag,” Kane said.

“The looks are bigger, the performances are wilder and the crowd gives everything back.”

Presale tickets start from $25 and include entry to the street party as well as access to Mary’s Poppin for the remainder of the night.

With 32 performers, one packed city street and an entire night of celebrations ahead, Poppin Out 2026 is shaping up to be one huge Pride party.
