For years, the founder waited for someone to launch such a service and he has now decided to step up and create what no one else had.
“Back in 2020, crystal-clear ice was a wow factor and now, it’s a standard.
“Patrons notice when high-end drinks are let down by cloudy, fast-melting cubes,” Mr Wang said.

The concept draws directly from the DNA of Bar Peripheral, an Adelaide institution founded in March 2020 against the odds of the pandemic.
