It all began in 1978 when brothers Tony and Mark Capobianco opened their first fruit and veg shop after years working alongside their father.
Today, the business is still proudly family owned and operated by Mark, his wife Melly, and their three sons Frank, Paul, and Michael. With a growing team of over 400 passionate staff, Tony & Mark’s has evolved into a destination for fresh food lovers across the state.

Chief Operating Officer of the Precision Group at Port Adelaide Plaza, Trevor Dill announced the partnership that will now have Port Adelaide Plaza stocked with a strong Australian fresh fruit and vegetable offering.
“Precision Group is very pleased to announce a partnership with one of Adelaide’s most iconic and successful brands in opening their 9th store. This latest addition of Tony & Mark’s and Woolworths Supermarket adds to the existing 70+ specialty retail stores and services, Aldi Supermarket and the new large-format Big W which opened in November 2024.”
